Work-place 101

A decluttering service that helps organizations and leaders remove work-place stuff, creating space for teams to build up, and out, from the brand’s purpose.

The workplace
is a mess.

The workplace today feels like chaos. Glassdoor overflows with stories of dysfunction, dissatisfaction, and disconnection. Why? Organizations are bogged down by ego, drama, and inefficiency, burying innovation, creativity, and belonging under layers of... stuff.

Work-Place focuses on restoring well-being to the workplace—creating an environment where creativity and innovation can thrive. It's a strategic process that addresses what's truly holding teams back, rather than adding to the mess. When employees lose connection with themselves, each other, and their company's purpose, collaboration stalls, creativity dims, and fire drills dominate the workday.

Over 15 years, I've helped brands like Play-Doh, Transformers, and Furby uncover what's beneath their brand mess. Some call it brand purpose, brand positioning, brand identity. The names actually don’t matter. All that matters is that you can’t find that unless you remove the corporate clutter and you can’t keep that unless you co-create a way of working that protects it at all costs.

I've witnessed time and time again how clutter—in operations, culture, and communication—stifles growth. Talented individuals can't access their full potential in a disorganized workplace. We know this, we feel this, but we keep pushing forward without knowing how to fix it—until things spiral out of control.

When you clear the clutter for real, in work and in life, you create space for authentic purpose to emerge—building a foundation for meaningful growth that begins internally and ripples outward.

After hitting a breaking point in my own career, I stepped back to focus on what truly matters: removing internal "stuff" to return to a natural state of well-being. Now, I'm deeply inspired to help workplaces restore harmony. If we don't create better spaces—within ourselves and where we work—we're doing humanity a disservice, adding to the noise that clutters people's minds and lives.

Let Go of Your (Corporate) Stuff

  • Organizational Stuff Audit

This is the most important part of the process and often overlooked so I decided to lean into it as my core offering. I’ll uncover and shine light onto the emotional, cultural, and operational stuff that’s keeping your team disconnected. I present findings via working sessions and craft a plan to pave way to the deeper strategic brand work.

  • Brand Purpose Process

Once your organization is ready to let go of all that stuff, we can start unearthing your brand purpose. By exploring the intersection of brand truth, consumer need, and societal impact, we’ll rediscover what your brand can stand for in today’s world and foster a collaborative environment, in partnership with cross-functional teams around a clear brand purpose.

  • Team Experiences

In today's workplace, cluttered calendars and fire drills run our day, leaving no space for the space needed to ideate, create, and simply connect. We know the facts: the space between is where ideas are born and insights are realized. Yet we don’t make space for it. It’s time to realize this now needed.

We create intentional moments and experiences for both structured collaboration and organic connection. When we give employees the gift of real, uncluttered space, they naturally return to what they do best: creating, connecting, and bringing their full selves to work.

  • Space Resets

As return-to-office mandates continue, employees often step into uninspired, cluttered spaces. But what if your workplace could be different? What if it could be a space that actually draws people in, sparks creativity, and makes collaboration natural?

Starting with individual workspace decluttering education and execution sessions and extending to full office transformations, we help restore the peace, unearthing workplaces that actively inspire your team's best work.

These offerings pave way for workplaces to feel alive again with purpose. That means teams actually feel energized and open to create together. This enables brands to shift from creating noise to delivering meaning—clearing the clutter for the people it serves and the world it touches. Let’s work together to create a workplace that inspires, from the inside out.
