Gimme shelter.
We can't control the chaos of the outside world. But we can nurture the spaces we inhabit—our homes and our minds—which are truly the only things within our control.
When you learn how, why and when to let go, you're not just clearing space—you're creating a sanctuary where harmony and peace can thrive. From there, you have a blank slate to choose what you allow in, both mentally and physically.
I’m in the business of un-stuffing: mind, home, and spirit.
Whether we work together in person or virtually, we'll create space for you to live more fully and freely.
Services Overview
Decluttering isn't a one-size-fits-all process—it's deeply personal, just like the stuff we hold onto.
Our relationship with stuff is physical, mental, and emotional, which is why this work goes beyond organizing.
As a certified life coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher, I've discovered that decluttering can be a powerful tool for healing and transformation.
I weave these holistic practices into every step of our work together so after this service, you’re in a place to keep letting go, as it's truly a lifelong wellness practice!

The Big Release
When decluttering feels like whack-a-mole—stuff disappearing in one spot only to resurface in another—it's because your whole house needs a reset. The solution isn't moving things around; it's mindfully releasing what no longer serves you, creating space for real living.
This service is ideal for: Those who've tried ongoing decluttering but still feel the weight, anyone facing an urgent need for change and craving immediate but mindful action, or people ready to make a big and lasting shift in their relationship with stuff.
Rates are customized to your specific needs and space, with daily and weekly options.
-
Slow + Steady
Real, lasting change often requires ongoing support and accountability. This hybrid approach combines strategic in-person sessions with virtual coaching to help you build sustainable decluttering habits at your own pace.
This service is ideal for: Those who prefer a gradual, supported home transformation. People seeking accountability and expert guidance through the process of decluttering. Those who realize their decluttering journey must begin now, but need to go slow.
Packages range based on mix of in-person and virtual sessions.
-
Mind Over Matter
When your thoughts feel as cluttered as your space—anxiety swirling, decisions paralyzing, and mental noise overwhelming—it's because your inner landscape needs as much attention as your outer one.
This service is ideal for: Anyone feeling stuck in both their mind and/or their space. People ready to explore the connection between their thoughts and their stuff. Those who've tried letting go of the mental load and need a new approach.
Coaching packages or spot sessions are customized to your unique needs.

teens n’ stuff
We all know two things that go together like glue—teens and messy rooms. Why is that? Teens are going through a lot. As a certified teen life coach, I’ve developed a passion for supporting teens, largely because when I reflect on those years myself, I was completely overwhelmed. My room? A disaster zone times ten. My brain? Chaos times a hundred. It’s no wonder this stage of life feels challenging for teens and everyone around them.
This offering is designed to meet teens where they are—whether it’s in the middle of their messy room or the whirlwind of their messy minds. Together, we’ll work to declutter both spaces, helping them create a sense of calm as they navigate these transformative years.

stop moving stuff
Moving is one of life’s rare chances to start fresh. It’s an opportunity to step into a new space and create the balanced, harmonious home you’ve always envisioned. Sounds amazing, right? The problem? When life gets hectic, the chaos of packing and prepping often means sneaking a LOT of stuff you really don’t need into the move.
This offering isn’t a moving or packing service. It’s a release-everything-you-don’t-need service, ensuring that items worthy of a second life find a good home and the rest is gone. By starting fresh with only the essentials, you’re not just lightening your physical load—you’re setting the stage for energy to flow freely in your new space.

stuff hospice
Just as hospice care provides comfort and dignity, this service offers a compassionate way to address the belongings left behind.
Together, we’ll create a thoughtful approach to sorting through possessions, keeping what holds the most meaning for those involved, and honoring the connections tied to these items. At the right point time, our team will handle the removal of belongings with care and sensitivity, ensuring the process feels manageable and respectful.
With love, care, and respect, we create the space to give room to the new connection to your loved one and carry that connection forward.
Let’s work together.
